Rahil Yousuf is an Indian author, poet, and scholar of English literature from the picturesque village of Hattigam, Jammu and Kashmir. Characterized by philosophical depth and linguistic richness, his work deeply explores human existence, spirituality, and nature. He is the author of the acclaimed debut collection, Inklings and My Pen (2022).

Rahil Yousuf is an Indian author, poet, and student of English literature, born in the picturesque village of Hattigam, Tehsil Srigufwara, Jammu and Kashmir. He is the son of Mohd Yousuf Sheikh and Shameema.
He received his early education at Sir Syed Memorial School, Mahind, where his passion for literature and learning first blossomed. Although he initially pursued the science stream during his higher secondary education, his profound love for language and the humanities led him to earn a B.A. (Honours) in English Language and Literature, followed by a Master's degree in English Literature. He further distinguished himself by qualifying both the UGC-NET and JKSET examinations in English.
Rahil Yousuf is currently serving in the School Education Department, where he is dedicated to nurturing young minds while continuing his literary pursuits. His writings are characterized by philosophical depth, linguistic richness, and a contemplative exploration of human existence, spirituality, and nature.
His debut and magnum opus, Inklings and My Pen, was published by Notion Press in 2022, marking the beginning of his literary journey. Through his poetry and prose, he seeks to inspire readers with timeless reflections on life, faith, and the enduring power of words.
